Tomato and mozzerella salad

Slice four juicy beef tomatoes, and some mozzerella.  Arrange nicely on a plate and add plenty of basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of flaked sea salt. Voila! Another easy and tasty dish.
